Retos e impactos de la inteligencia artificial en el comercio electrónico: un análisis multidimensional

El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar las repercusiones negativas, los riesgos y los retos asociados a la adopción de la inteligencia artificial en el comercio electrónico y explorar cómo las empresas y los reguladores pueden abordar estas cuestiones de forma ética y eficaz. La principal estrategia de investigación adoptada en este estudio es la investigación descriptiva, con un enfoque de estudio de casos. Los participantes en la investigación son profesionales del sector del comercio electrónico, seleccionados utilizando criterios que incluyen la edad superior a 18 años y el hecho de trabajar en el comercio electrónico, abarcando una diversidad de ocupaciones, niveles de experiencia, sexo y edad. Los principales resultados del estudio destacan tres categorías principales de impactos y retos asociados a la integración de la inteligencia artificial en el comercio electrónico: Impactos sociales y éticos, que incluyen preocupaciones sobre el desempleo, el sesgo algorítmico y la recopilación masiva de datos personales; Ciberseguridad, que destaca la vulnerabilidad de los datos de los consumidores debido a la recopilación y el intercambio de información, así como cuestiones de transparencia; y retos económicos y comerciales, como la concentración de poder en grandes empresas de comercio electrónico y la pérdida de interacciones humanas debido a la creciente automatización.
