Modernity through the work of three contemporary poets: an analysis

This article presents a literary analysis of three contemporary poems. To this end, we relied on corpus analysis, supported by the necessary bibliographic review. Our objective was to study the mechanisms employed in the materiality of the text and their possible effects on meaning, as well as to investigate the potential relationships between the objects of analysis. We highlighted their thematic, representational, and technical convergences. We concluded that the texts present particular characteristics of the historical period in which they were written, which emphasizes their value as objects of study within literary criticism.
